Pu Luong is unknown among tourists but it has all highlights in North Viet Nam. There are mountain ranges and valley as Sa Pa, stunning rice fields as Mu Cang Chai, traditional stilt house villages as Mai Chau. Coming here, you will enjoy lush green forests, stretching terrace rice fields, hand crafted bamboo water wheels bring water from river to small cannals… all forming magnificent and unspoiled mountain landscape, In addition, you will have opportunity to meet Thai people to learn about their special foods, culture, tradition and have experiences in their daily life

Day 1 : Ha Noi – Pu Luong Nature Reserve

Meals: lunch, dinner/ Accommodation: private room in homestay

07.30  AM: The private tour guide and car will pick up you at your hotel in old quarter. Drive 170 km (4 hours) via highway 6, you will see green fields of rice, sugar cane, tapioca and orange plantation. Along the way you will stop at Thung Khe pass to take photos and see Muong people.

Enjoy panoramic view of Mai Chau from Mai Chau flag point.

Keep driving 40 km from Mai Chau valley via breathtaking mouatain road giving you stunning mountainous landscape reach Pu Luong Nature Reserve.

Have lunch in street restaurant on the way

We do trekking from Hang village to Eo Ken viilage to see traditional stilt houses of Black Thai people, pass through bamboo forest and see beautiful rice paddies, interact with local people.

Another trek to Kho Muong village, the first village in Pu Luong nested in the valley.

Check in homestay and have special dinner in Ban Don village

Day 2 : Pu Luong Trekking – Ha Noi

Waking up to breath fresh air .

Have breakfat and check out homestay.

The trekking route from Don village to Uoi village, Lan village is extremely stunning view with magnificent terraced rice fields, villages , mountains. You also see daily life, work of Thai  people, visit and talk to get know their culture, tradition.

The car take you to suspension bridge over Cham river, walking  on small trail with beautiful rice field to bamboo water wheels. You will explore  how water is moved from river to handmade bamboo aqueducts via simple constructions,a great invention of the Thai people to get water for rice fields without making use of human strength

Have lunch in local restaurant

Take bamboo rafting on Cham river to enjoy the beautiful natural scenery of the surrounding mountains. and learning how to paddle and steer handcrafted rafts.

Swimming in quiet Cham river.

Driving back to Ha Noi and drop off you in your hotel. Tour end
