Day 1 : Ha Noi – Ba Be Lake

07:30 AM: Pick-up from your hotel in Ha Noi. Drive on the highway before continuing through mountainous landscapes and tea plantations to Pac Ngoi Village in Ba Be National Park.

– Boat trip on Ba Be Lake and Nang River: Enjoy stunning views of emerald waters surrounded by pristine forest and ethnic minority villages, offering a peaceful immersion in nature.
– Visit Puong Cave, where you can explore impressive stalactites and stalagmites formed by river erosion through limestone.
– Trek to Dau Dang Waterfall.

Day 2 : Ba Be – Hua Ma Cave – Cao Bang

– Breakfast and farewell to your Ba Be homestay.
– Cycling from Pac Ngoi Village to Hua Ma Cave, ascending the mountain to explore one of the most untouched and mysterious caves in the region. Admire thousands of stalactites and stalagmites shimmering like a royal palace.
– Drive along National Highway 3 to Cao Bang, passing four scenic mountain passes: Wind Pass, Khau Khang, Cao Bac, and Tai Ho Sin. Stop for photos along the way.
– Have lunch at a local restaurant.
– Visit Na Phac incense village to learn traditional incense-making techniques, then continue to Phuc Sen blacksmith village to observe the crafting of handmade knives.
– Check in at your homestay in Ban Gioc Village and enjoy dinner.
Day 3 : Ban Gioc Waterfall – Nguom Ngao Cave – Lang Son – Ha Noi

– Breakfast and check-out from the homestay.
– Explore Nguom Ngao Cave, stretching over 2,144 meters underground and featuring spectacular stalactites and stalagmites.
– Visit Ban Gioc Waterfall, one of the most majestic natural wonders in Viet Nam.

– Drive back to Ha Noi via Lang Son Province, enjoying scenic views of Dong Khe and That Khe Pass.
– Drop-off at your hotel in Ha Noi. Tour ends.
Note on accommodation : Homestays are traditional Tay stilt houses. You will stay on the second floor in a private room with a soft single mattress, blanket, pillow, and mosquito net. Bathrooms are of international standard and located just a few steps from your room.
