DAY 1: Ha Noi – Thai Nguyen – Ba Be Lake

– 07:30 AM: Your English-speaking tour guide and private car will pick you up at your hotel in Ha Noi for the journey to Ba Be Lake (approximately 4.5 hours). Along the way, enjoy scenic views of rice fields, tea plantations, bamboo groves, river valleys, and ethnic villages with traditional stilt houses.
– Have lunch at a local restaurant.
– Arrival at Pac Ngoi Village and check-in at the homestay.
– Boat trip on Ba Be Lake and Nang River: Admire emerald waters surrounded by pristine forest and peaceful ethnic minority villages.
– Visit Puong Cave, famous for its impressive stalactites and stalagmites formed by river erosion through limestone.
– Trek to Dau Dang Waterfall.
– Enjoy refreshing swimming in the emerald waters on the way back.

DAY 2: BA BE – HA NOI

– Wake up early to enjoy the fresh mountain and lakeside air. Breakfast at the homestay.
– Cycling from Pac Ngoi Village to Hua Ma Cave, passing through lush forest, rivers, rice fields, and towering limestone mountains. Stop along the way to meet local Tay people and learn about their daily life, customs, and culture.
– Walk up to explore Hua Ma Cave, featuring thousands of impressive stalactites and stalagmites.
– Cycle back to the homestay for relaxation or a leisurely walk around the village.
– Check out and enjoy lunch at the homestay.
– Visit a tea plantation in Thai Nguyen on the return journey to Ha Noi.
– Drop-off at your hotel in Ha Noi. Tour ends.
Accommodation Note: The homestay is a traditional Tay stilt house. You will stay on the second floor in a private room with a soft single mattress, blanket, pillow, and mosquito net. Bathrooms are of international standard and located just a few steps from your room.
