Sapa Trekking
Sa Pa is a misty mountain town where heaven and earth seem to meet. It is famous for its stunning mountain scenery, deep valleys, terraced rice fields, and the rich cultural diversity of ethnic minority groups.
This 2-day trekking tour takes you off the beaten path, following small trails through less touristy areas to fully admire Sa Pa’s landscapes and gain insight into the daily life and traditions of local communities.
Day 1: Ha Noi – Sapa – Su Pan – Giang Ta Chai
Meals: Lunch, Dinner/ Accommodation: Village homestay
06.30 – 07.00 AM : Limousine bus pick-up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, then depart for Sa Pa via the Lao Cai – Sa Pa Highway, with two rest stops along the way.

Arrive at the homestay around 1:00 PM. Meet your local guide, enjoy a quick lunch, and receive a trekking briefing.

Begin your trek from Giang Ta Chai to Hau Thao, continuing to Su Pan Village, a peaceful hilltop area offering panoramic views of valleys, rivers, mountain ranges, and terraced rice fields.

Trek downhill to Ban Den Village, home of the Tay ethnic group.

After approximately 3.5 hours of trekking, arrive at a traditional homestay surrounded by mountains and rice terraces.

Dinner with your host family, enjoying authentic local cuisine and cultural exchange.
Day 2: Giang Ta Chai – Ta Van – Lao Chai – Y Linh Ho – Ha Noi
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch/ Accommodation: Not included

Wake up to fresh mountain air, enjoy breakfast, and say goodbye to your host family.

From Giang Ta Chai Village, home of the Red Dao people, trek downhill, cross a suspension bridge, and enjoy waterfalls and panoramic views.

Continue trekking along small trails through lush bamboo forests to Ta Van Village, inhabited by the Day ethnic group, offering stunning views of forests, rivers, valleys, traditional villages, and terraced rice fields.

Descend into the picturesque Muong Hoa Valley to Lao Chai Village, home of the Black Hmong people, well known for their indigo-dyed clothing and rice terraces.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Continue trekking to Y Linh Ho Village, then return to Sa Pa town.

Take the limousine bus back to Ha Noi.

Drop-off at your hotel in Hanoi. Tour ends.
Note :
Rice season runs from June to early September, but the scenery is beautiful year-round.
Accommodation is in a traditional homestay with private mattress, pillow, mosquito net, and blanket. Bathrooms are of international standard and located a few steps outside.
If you have large luggage, we will assist with transport between the bus and homestay.
If you prefer to continue to Ha Giang instead of returning to Hanoi, please let us know.
